G-Punkt: So findest du ihn wirklich!

G-spot: How to really find it!

The so-called G-spot – named after the gynecologist Ernst Gräfenberg – is a region on the anterior vaginal wall , i.e., toward the abdominal wall. It is located approximately 3–5 cm deep inside the vagina , in the first third after the vaginal opening.

It can often be felt as a slightly ridged area or small bump . During sexual arousal, the tissue swells slightly and becomes firmer, indicating increased blood flow.

Whether the G-spot is a separate anatomical structure or a particularly sensitive zone is still a matter of scientific debate. What is clear is that this area contains many nerve endings and glandular tissue , and it is connected to the Skene's glands , which are often considered the female counterpart to the prostate.

Many women report that stimulation of this area leads to a very deep, powerful feeling of pleasure – sometimes even squirting.
