Gently cleanse the area to remove body oil and skin residue. Do not apply moisturizers, creams, or other skin care products near the area before using the nipple shields, as this will reduce the nipple shields' adhesion.
Apply the covers to one side at a time. When applying, ensure that the nipple is centered on the nipple shield. Gently press the nipple shield onto the skin to achieve the desired effect.
