Living together in a neighborhood community isn't easy. In my hometown, there are misunderstandings, gossiping neighbors, noisy children, old women with rigid traditions, women with extravagant customs (apparently, I'm one of them), rebellious divorcees, handsome metrosexuals, and, although you might find it hard to believe, even a few people who claim to be sane. I live amidst this urban fauna. And I live, or rather, I lived, very quietly until I became obsessed with a new neighbor... He's a lonely man with a silent gaze and sweet lips who, a few months ago, moved into the building with his grandmother, who, by the way, is my bitter enemy. I'm thinking about getting involved with him just to annoy her!
Although, of course, the fact that I die to kiss him every time I see him is a plus. And as if that wasn't enough to disturb my (some) peace of mind, we now also have a macabre prankster who has made it his business to leave us presents on our landings. Wait until I catch it!
ABOUT THE AUTHOR OF DON'T CALL IT LOVE
I was born on Halloween night in 1972 in Madrid and live in Alcorcón with my husband and daughters, with whom I live democratically (I suggest/command, and they do what they want). In this madness of life, we are accompanied by an iguana, two turtles, two parakeets, and a stray cat who has deprived me of the title of "queen of the house." I work as a secretary/girl in the family business, I enjoy my free time with my family and friends, and what I love most in the world is reading and writing romance novels.
