NINA CUP, also known as vaginal cup or silicone cup, is an environmentally friendly replacement for current methods of feminine hygiene such as tampons and pads. 
The mechanism of the menstrual cup is simple. It's a silicone or latex cup that's inserted into the vagina during menstruation. Unlike tampons and pads, the menstrual cup doesn't absorb the flow, but rather holds it inside, allowing us to remove it at any time.
How do I use NINACUP?
- Boil for 3 minutes to sterilize.
- Be relaxed if it's your first time.
- Clean your hands
- Get into a comfortable position.
- Press the cup.
- Bend it into a U-shape
- Spread your lips with your other hand and insert the cup as shown in the picture.
How to remove?
- Clean your hands.
- Get into a comfortable position.
- Insert two fingers, pull the handle and slowly remove it.
- Clean the cup with water and pH-neutral soap (without perfume).
- Ready for use again.
