The game begins with the dealer turning over a card to the player on his right.
That player must then guess whether the penis on the next card will be larger or smaller.
If the player is wrong, they take a shot or drink for the number of seconds equal to how far off their guess was; or simply add a truth or dare element, take a shot, or remove a piece of clothing.
