Is this product reusable?
Yes! The FLIP ZERO EV is fully washable and can be used multiple times. While a sample sachet of lubricant is included, we recommend TENGA HOLE LOTION for future use.

Is this product electronic?
Yes! The FLIP ZERO EV can be used both manually and with its electronic vibration! The FLIP ZERO EV houses two vibration cores within the elastomer shell, meaning rumbling vibrations flow throughout the entire device, providing direct stimulation. The vibration cores are located at opposite ends of the device, so the vibrations come from all directions.

What vibration variants are there?
There are five types of vibration in total.
After turning on the element, you can switch between the following modes by pressing the button: Low > Low. High > Pulse > Alternating > Random

Is the item fully washable?

• DO NOT immerse the charging station. This could cause electrical damage or electric shock.
• Do not wash the item in water above 50 degrees Celsius (122 Fahrenheit), as this may deform or damage the elastomer cover.
• If you choose to wash the item with soap, use a mild or neutral soap. Alcohols or highly acidic/alkaline soaps can damage the elastomer cover.
• Make sure the item is completely dry before storing to prevent the growth of mold or bacteria.

Can I dry the item with the charging station while it's wet? A small amount of water dripping from the previous item shouldn't be a problem.
However, do not wash the charging station completely or let it get completely wet.

• Please do not charge the device in the bathroom or near water sources that may cause the charging station to become submerged.
• Do not place anything other than the FLIP ZERO EV body or the sliding arms on the charging station.

Can I wear the item while drying it?
Yes! After washing, dry the FLIP ZERO EV's body and glide arms with a dry cloth.
Connect the charging station. Then place the sliding arms on the charging station and place the open housing on the sliding arms.
Store in a dry and well-ventilated place.

• Make sure the item is completely dry before storing to prevent the growth of mold or bacteria.

Is there lotion included with the item?
Each FLIP ZERO EV includes two sample sachets of our [REAL] HOLE LOTION. For further use, we recommend our HOLE LOTION series.
