This innovative timer is designed with the user in mind and is waterproof, so you can easily incorporate it into your shower or bath routine – it's time to take your pumping workout to the next level!

The main purpose of the timer is to ensure that users use their pumps for maximum results.

If you asked 100 people to stop after 3 minutes, they would all give a different time, which means they are either using the pump too little or too much.

The green lights indicate the 3 minutes you should stay on the pump, and the red lights indicate the time you should not use the pump. This can be repeated three times to achieve the manufacturer's recommended pump usage.

Most people don't wear a watch (or glasses!) in the shower, so the lights and beeps give them a visual and audible indication of how long the pump will last.

It comes with two sizes of suction cups: one for attaching to the pumps and a larger one if the user prefers to attach it to a shower wall or tiles.
