Instructions:

1. Cleanse the nipples to remove body oil and skin residue. Dry the nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the petal nipple covers, one on each side. Make sure your nipple is centered on the nozzle cover when applying. If you're not satisfied with the result, continue and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple cover onto the skin.

Recommendations:
1. Do not use a brush, nails, or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a gentle body wash.
2. Wash the nipple covers by hand and do not dry them in the sun.
3. We do not recommend using nipple covers on scars, wounds, or sensitive skin.
