  • • Gently press the adhesive cups onto the skin to smooth them and ensure optimal support.
  • • Pull both laces down at the same time while pushing the front closure up.
  • • Once the desired effect is achieved, secure the front closure with a knot.

Recommendations
  • • After each use, hand wash with warm water and mild soap, shake off excess water and air dry.
  • • Alternatively, you can also use wet wipes for quick cleaning.
